BioMy name is Meaghan Faun. Faun is my middle name, but I use it as a pseudonym online. A 'faun' isn't a baby deer (that's a 'fawn'). A 'faun' is a half goat, half human forest sprite... think Phil from Disney's Hercules. He was a faun.
I'm a 24 year old miraculously employed college graduate. I did a year of law school, hated it immensely, dropped out, and now I'm working as a personal assistant in a desperate attempt to pay my bills, eat AND fund my ridiculous addiction to roller derby (I'm co-captain of the Bay State Brawlers Roller Derby's intraleague team, The Bluestocking Bombers and a starting skater for the all-star travel team, The Petticoat Punishers), where I play under the pseudonym Habeas Corpsemaker.
At the moment I'm the personal assistant to the President of a small engineering company, a certified paralegal and a notary public.
For fun I write up short stories or movie reviews, draw and sew. I'm taking sewing commission jobs for some extra cash, and if you're interested check my [FriendsOnly post] for details and examples of my work. :)
My journal is friends only, but I'll probably add you if you shoot me a comment. I just like keeping track of who's reading about my life.
I write a lot and my journal has very few memes. A few years ago I used to post four or five times a day... I don't post that much anymore, but I do write a lot.
That's all I can think to put here. If you want to know anything else about me, shoot me a message or add me. And leave a comment on my friends only post. Not because I like collecting comments there (which, lets be honest, I do), but because I may forget that you've added me if I'm not reminded.
